The following documents should be represented to a separate passport:

- The original passport with valid visa.
- Completion of General Form
- G9 form based on separation of passport (by passport's owner).
- Payment of difference based of exit tariffs (if it was applied).
- 4 photos
- In the case of having the unlimited visa, a copy of Home Office letter should be enclosed.
- The original of Birth Certificate.

Note: As it is not possible to renew the old passports, a new passport would be issued following the relevant conditions.
