According to the latest geographical division in Iran, Kerman province   has 10 sub-provinces namely Baft, Bardsir, Bamm, Jiruft, Rafsanjan, Zarand, sirjan, Shahr Babk, Kerman and Kahnuj

 

 

 

 

Tourist attractions

Some of the tourist attractions of Kerman province could be mentioned as follows:
-Masjid Jame' Kerman: It is one of the most beautiful mosques in Iran. The most valuable part of the building of the mosque is the tile work of the altar and the eastern façade of the mosque.
-Ganjalikhan Bath: it is a novel architecture and art work with beautiful tile-works, paintings, plaster works, and other decorations.

-Astaneh Mahan: It is located at a distance of 35 kilometers from southeast of Kerman and on the Kerman-Bam road. The geographical situation of this beautiful town which is located at high altitudes, as well as the existence of springs and relatively great amount of water have brought about development to this place.
Arg Bam (Bam citadel): Called by the local people as Arg Bam, this splendid citadel is located at the northwestern part of the city of Bam, on the top and the slope of a huge rock.

Handicrafts

Different kinds of carpets, copper vessels, and ceramics are the most famous handicrafts of Kerman province.
